works great
I Bought this extendable window cleaning pole to clean one very high window on our home, it works well and reaches the window fine, and does the job for me, at great price, so i so cant fault it.

Nearly good, but mine was flawed
Firstly I know you get what you pay for and this is relatively cheap. The main pole with the easy twist to extend works really well and seems robust enough. The cloth window washer works well and is easy enough to attach and detach. Perhaps a spare might have been useful. But, the squeegee thing is such a disappointment. The rubber blade is far too firm and brittle. it just doesn't do what a sqeegee should do. After doing a couple of windows you could see the mess it was making and areas it just wouldn't squeeze the wate off. After a couple more there were signs that the rubber was beginning to fail and there were chips coming out, and this makes it even harder to get it to clean off the water. It is a real shame as with a better (softer, more malleable) blade this could easily have scored 5* across the piece. However as I am in Lockdown it is better than nothing, I think.

Better than nothing
First the good point the telescopic pole! it's actually quite good quality but it's let down by the washing /scrim attachment. The scrim is of poor quality even using it in your hand it won't wipe a window properly so it stands no chance on the end of the pole when you can only apply a little pressure. The washing attachment is thin and poor quality but works, the bracket that holds it is in fact three pieces, great for changing the cloth if you had a spare, but in use one of the pieces has a habit of falling off the main support if you apply sideways pressure. To be fair I've used a few of these over the years and not one has been really successful, if there is no other way to clean a window then as I said better than nothing. Oh well back to the ladder.

I Can See Clearly Now The Grime Is Gone
Was fed up with only being able to get my upstairs windows cleaned by professionals who were unreliable so decided to give this a go and do my own. I ordered it, then read some of the reviews. I'm pleased I did it the wrong way round as I would still have dirty windows if I'd gone by some of the negative ones. I was amazed by the quality when I unwrapped it, and for such a good price. The reach was fantastic when fully extended and I got my top windows cleaned, front and back, in no time. The only downside for me was the rubber attachment, which i couldn't seem to use very well but all I needed to do was remove the fabric for cleaning the windows and the rubber bit and wrap an absorbent cloth or chamois leather around instead (I used two rubber bands to keep it in place) and voila - lovely clean, streak free windows. I am buzzing and kept going upstairs to admire the grand job. Well worth the money and it will pay for itself in two uses. Result!!

Lasted just over a year
Lasted just over a year of infrequent use. For the money paid it lasted as long as expected, but it's unavoidable to had water running down inside rusting out the tightening mechanism, so the upper section stopped sliding quite early on, but luckily it rusted in place fully extended so the pole could be used for a while longer. The lower section finally gave up the ghost and can no longer be tightened. Compared to the price of similar length sturdier poles, it was significantly cheaper so it's a case of deciding if you want to invest for the long term or keep buying cheap. Never bothered using the rubber squeegee to finish the windows, but the cloth left them clean enough for me.
