Fault resetting sorted.
Easy to use and I’m no mechanic or computer nerd. Resolved my issue Reset the fault in the car computer set up surprisingly easily. Not super tech or anything like a true mechanics fault finder but good enough for basic stuff and basic non skilled non mechanics like me

Very good piece of kit
Very good piece of kit. Used within two days to diagnose a coil blown on a Peugeot. Has connected to four different cars so far. Smart, ford, peugeot, mini. Doesn't always recognise the actual make but always does diagnostics and engine data. Good price and easy to use.

User freindly and very quality made auto diagnostic scanner
I don’t know much about cars so this is really useful for me to know if theres something minor that needs to be fix in my car rather than have it checked everytime for minor issues and get charged outrageously high. Also, it is very easy to navigate the scanner, the interface is very easy to understand. This device gives very accurate reading and provides a lot information. It can erase codes as well or just google what the codes means and various solutions can be found. Very good Quality yet very affordable and the best part is it gets free software and firmware updates. Every car owner should have this on their cars, I just wish it comes with a case. ≈

It does what it says on the tin - well
Delivered next day (although it was on a 5 day delivery) Have tried on Seat Ibiza and Seat Leon petrol ECUs. Read standard and VW specific codes, providing text description as well as the code number. Reset codes and MIL (engine warning indicator). Displays real-time sensor values (useful to check the new sensor works correctly). Update software via PC without problem. It cannot reset the service indicator (but it does not claim to). If your engine fault indicator is on, it is well worth scanning with this device before paying for a dealer scan.

What fun! No idea what I was doing with this
What fun! No idea what I was doing with this, but it shows loads of results! I did manage to cancel off an annoying fault code, so that was worth the purchase price alone. I guess that if one was to spend enough time researching what all the codes meant, it could be hugely valuable.

Not as good as expected
It comes up with a code but that code is not the same as the Mercedes codes, had to go on Mercedes forum to get the codes converted.

OK, but it's not worth paying more for than the base models.
I bought this as it was advertised as displaying fault descriptions for manufacturers codes as well as standard codes. I have used a reader which cost about £24 previously so expected this one at £36 to be more convenient to use with built in manufacturer fault descriptions, as I had to spend a lot of time looking up Saab codes online on various forums. Unfortunately this code reader was no better than the £24 unit, and I still ended up looking up Saab codes on-line! So there was no advantage to me in paying that extra £12 for this unit. Not too impressed, though it works OK it's not worth paying more for than the base models.
