Excellent product
The flavour and calming effect on my throat

Sharp, lemony, sugar free
These are great to have in the car or at my desk - they don't rot the teeth, they're sharp and lemony (the mint bit passes my taste buds by I'm afraid), and yes, they aren't the cheapest sweets around, but I like 'em and have been using them for years now.

Delicious sweets
These come in several different flavours & all are very good. They do taste of whatever they are supposed to - the orange ones taste of real oranges & the lemon ones of real lemons. These elderflower ones have a more subtle flavour but definitely elderflower. Vey refreshing & pleasant.

Distinct elderflower flavour
I love Ricola sweets. I grew up with the 'Original' variety which my parents deemed the only acceptable sweets for young children. These elderflower ones have a distinct elderflower flavour, tart, sweet, pleasant.I like that they're sugar free and don't pile on calories. However, I find the ingredients list disconcerting. "Made with only natural colours and flavours" it claims - and then it lists "sweeteners (aspartame, aceacesulfame-K)". I'm not a chemist, but I find it difficult to believe that aspartame and acesulfane-K are natural flavours.

Ricola Lemon Mint
I love these sweets and always have a box in the car. My local supermarket (Morrison’s) have stopped selling them. These were a great price (cheaper than Morrison’s), so what’s not to love.

Lifesavers!
These are amazingly good! Gentle flavour, long lasting and I won't be without them. They are not only delicious but they are the only sweet that soothes my cough which is caused by acid reflux. Thank you Ricola!

Nice taste, but, easy to consume too much, and they do raise my blood sugar.
Very nice flavour, but I found them to push up my blood sugar and upset my gut. I did consume about ten in an hour, which is obviously excessive, but, there's something about the artificial sugars that is addictive. They also work out significantly more expensive than raw honey, which helps my digestion rather than making it worse.
