Works great and gives you peace if mind.
We did our first Christmas roast on our own this year with a rolled breast from the butchers and got these to be safe.We put in 2 of the 4 as it as a big joint which was uneven in thickness. The 2nd one, in the thickest part of the joint, popped almost exactly when we had estimated it should be done. Turkey was perfectly cooked, and still really moist and juicy. Will definitely be using these again; just make sure to choose a thick piece of meat and you should be fine.

These didn't work they are ment to pop up when meat is done and I left it a lot longer and they still never popped up wouldn't recommend.

I used this popper for my turkey and it didnt work. Came in an envelope without package or instruction. Wouldnt buy again as second one i had didnt work either in a smaller piece of meat
