QUALITY
This extract, like real vanilla extract, is never going to be your cheapest purchase, but you get what you pay for, and by that, I mean the real deal. It is derived from actual almonds, unlike fake essences, and the results in your baking speak for themselves. If you’re on a budget, use it with ground rice, and save money on forking out for ground almonds instead. A cupboard staple in my kitchen.

Just the right amount of bitterness
We use bitter almond essence for a number of culinary purposes, e.g. in the production of marzipan. It is the first time we try this particular product. It is very good, has the right flavour and no strange side tastes or aromas.

The cap can come loose easily
Wanted proper extract rather than essence. It had good reviews, I don't use almond very much , my husband loves it so I got the good stuff 😀
