Very easy to put up. Really don’t need the directions as it’s very forward. Only 4 screws needed to be put in. Package is light weight not hard to carry. It is a good value for the price. Very comfortable, functions as it should, I am VERY out of shape after having my 4 kiddos, I could only do 20 reps and I’m already feeling it. The material feels sturdy and strong for my weight. (181lbs). I’m not sure if I’m either too short (5ft) or just REALLY out of shape, I can’t quite make it to the top stoppers. It goes up with me pushing it, just hard when I am on it. Lots of getting used too. 10/10 recommend.

I have had this for a month now but just got the chance to put it together. It was so easy to put together, and the quality seems to be very good. I love that it can be folded up and stored to the side! I wasn’t sure how it was going to work, and the ease of doing any/all ab work/crunches was very easy! The handle is comfortable and it doesn’t make it awkward, with holding on or anything. I have used it a few days now and I am sore! This is going to do the job!

Okay just came together really quickly like six screws. The paint job is decent easy to understand. Granted I'm happy with it I bought it for my wife who is 5 ft. We did some adjustments and she tried it and she stays a very good abdominal workout I mean intense so I think this is a good buy at the price a good build at the price we'll see overall I would recommend it the only caveat is for a man I think if you're over 5'4 it'll be like doing really tight crunches I just don't think anybody taller would really enjoy it I could be wrong but if you look at the picture with the woman trying it it may be accurate but it seems a little deceptive to me but again I would highly recommend I mean you could return it certainly buy it try it if you don't like it send it back but surprisingly very nice little unit small footprint

The ab machine is well built, easy to put together and put away when not in use. I like the different levels and workout options.

Have to say, I am very impressed with this ab machine. Setup was super easy and it is so compact you can easily lean against wall hiding it out of sight if wanted. AND this machine burrrrrns, let me tell you! Feels great! Has multiple holes on machine post for workout setup to be lower to floor to being higher (to be an ‘easier’ to hard and even harder workout). Great machine to feel that burn in abs but also other muscles in legs and arms. Get this machine if you want a stronger core! Hard work. Dedication. Get that healthy, strong body! This machine is compact, knee and arm pads comfortable and incredibly easy to use (takes a little more time if you’re at beginner stages). I do a set of 50 on 2nd to highest setting in the morning and 50 in evening and am noticing my core strengthening. Get at it! 💪🏻

I love it it’s a great workout can be used in different ways I’m 165lbs and it holds me up my 14yr old is little over 200lbs it holds him but he is too tall to use it. So I guess I would say there is a height limit on using this the pads that come with it that you place your knees in are comfortable so that’s not an issue. I will be purchasing another one like this, but the one that you sit on and they’re like squats good seller nice brand a good workout material to be a part of your workout session. So, I bought this after seeing them advertised on tiktok. I was trying to lose weight but I really just want to slim down my stomach that looks 8 months pregnant. I'm not really too worried about rest of my body. Anywho, for starters this was very easy to put together. There is a setting for beginners all the way up to expert to fit your needs. I think I'm about 215 lbs and not in the best shape. I started out easy trying not to over do it because I didn't want to hurt or strain anything. I felt the burn in every muscle in my abdominal that I forgot I had, groin/inner thigh area and upper arms and woke up sore the next day. It felt like this machine will be perfect for all the areas I need to tone up. It's sturdy, I didn't have any problems with wobbling as it was in the lowest position. It was pretty comfortable, the padding did it's job and best of all it didn't cause any pain in my back when I used it. It folds up and takes up as much space as an ironing bored to store out of the way. So far I love this machine but will try to update in a week or so to see how my results are coming along.

been using it daily and already seeing damage to the frame and pin. Ill keep using till it really breaks. easy to build, good padding and comfortable. So far it seems like its doing the job. - Update 12/20/25 Sales rep reached out to me and offered to replace or refund product. Since I've been enjoying the use of the product I choose to replace the unit. Customer service is great and any issue or questions they will definitely resolve.

War mir beim ersten Aufbau nicht sicher ob das wirklich hält, da es klapprig wirkt aber ist tatsächlich stabil. Bei 1,88cm und gut 87kg sollte das auch so sein. Der Laufweg der Schiene passt ebenfalls. Benutze es aktuell einmal die Woche, neben Ab-Roller und Co. und finde die Möglichkeit es problemlos hinter der Tür zu verstecken super. In der schwierigsten Einstellung merkt man auch gut was. So muss das sein!

Ein tolles Sportgerät mit großem Verstellbereich. Das Gerät macht einen wertigen Eindruck. Der Zusammenbau ist Kinderleicht. Nach dem Training kann man es platzsparend in eine Ecke stellen. Das Gerät ist zu dem super leicht um es zu transportieren. Es verfügt über eine Handyablage die aber meiner Meinung nicht geeignet ist um während der Übung etwas anzuschauen, weil man doch mit dem Kopf viel höher als diese Ablage ist. Ich bin 178 cm groß und komme mit dem Gerät super zurecht. Ich würde dieses Gerät ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen!
