Taste great, last long in the pantry!
Love the consistency and taste of this product. It is slightly sticky, but I think that's just the natural ingredients and does not mean it has gone bad. I store this in a cupboard, and it lasted me for 3 months, without going moldy.Although I am unsure of the specific active ingredients responsible for its preservation, it has maintained its premium quality throughout its usage, lasting me for the entirety of its contents.

Fresh, moist, perfect Jaggery
This is my 2nd order and although the first order was superb, this one is even better. I've attached a video to my review so you can see this for yourself. I cut the block into smaller chunks ready to add to red pasta sauce, curries, dal. Makes food amazing and Healthier than refined sugar.

Something new
Ive just started to cook currys from scratch and saw a recipe with Jaggery. Thought I would give it a go and it is something completely new to me. It is a bit like fudge but hasnt got that really over sweet aftertaste. It is all natural and I will buy again as it is a great product.

Delicious... it's a brick of cane sugar ...
Delicious ... it's a brick of cane sugar which I shave slivers off with a paring knife or potato peeler ... much more satisfying than simply slinging a spoonful of granulated in! :-) Tastes lovely too. I bought it because it was an ingredient in the recipe for Hunza Tea which is also delicious.

Il s'agit du jus de la canne à sucre, ensuite cristallisé - on peut manger un peu quand on veut des sucreries, sauf qu'ici, on a un produit sain, avec tous les nutriments normalement enlevés pour faire du sucre blanc, qui est quasiment sans intérêt sur le plan nutritionnel - un très bon gout ! Dommage que ce n'est plus disponible !

se sucre a un goût très prononcé entre un 'taffy' et de la mélasse. il a un goût légèrement cuit et de mélasse en même temps. très puissant. je recommanderait de couper la quantité de sucre en deux (1/2) et de complété la recette avec du sucre blanc afin de rendre le mélange plus doux. bon produit quand même. j'en rachetais!!
