Pathetic wall mounts
Scratching boards themselves are ok but I had to laugh when I saw the excuse of a wall mount. Two little bits of faux leather stapled to the top of the boards and for good measure two countersunk aluminium screws and raw plugs thrown in. If I used these paper thin bits of leather to hold the boards to the wall, they'd probably tear themselves off the wall, let alone when moggie comes along! I'll have to make my own brackets. A better method on a similar product I had in the past was a brass fixing at the top and bottom. Shame they didn't bother with this product. I won't waste my time returning it but manufacturer/vendor, please take note. Your product is nowhere near fit for purpose.

Difficult to attach to wall
Seems to be well made. Instructions for hanging up totally unhelpful. Designed by someone who apparently hasn't actually tried putting one up. Once attached to the wall it doesn't feel very sturdy, mainly because it's only fixed at the top. Haven't been able to test it because the kitten isn't interested at all and just ignores it. Maybe when she grows up we can entice her with some catnip spray...Some people have screwed straight through the front so maybe that would be worth trying.

Not impressed
Bought two. The leathery straps that work as hooks to hang them snapped on both precisely after just two weeks. Not impressed...Update: when I complained with the seller they were very kind and offered a refund upon return. In the end I decided to keep the item anyways because cats love it when it's lying flat on the floor rather than hanging from the wall. So yeah, up to two stars

Not strong enough
Nowhere near as good as the first one I bought. Useless straps broke on both within a week but I replaced them on the first one with cupboard straps. This second one has also split down the side where it has been scratched and it was only delivered on 3rd Aug 2019 so it lasted about a month. It's also smaller than the first one. Really not up to the job.

Needs better fixings
I haven't managed to use it, the fabric pieces which appeared to be the means of fastening it to the wall (no instructions so can only assume this) ripped straight off. No way would these have withstood the pull of my boys! So it appears we will have to drill straight through it somewhere. Not sorted out how/where yet, so its still sat in the box.

Brilliant 👍
My cat scrated the corner of my sofa leaving a cupple of holes,Since I've had this and luckily it covered the scratches and holes permanently on my sofa Max hasn't even bothered scratching my sofa and has gone back to using his scratch post 😸

Comes with a couple of nails, no instructions. There are 2 little bits of fabric attached to the top of the scratching post with holes already in for the nails to be attached to. It took less than a day for my cat to break it off the wall. However, we bought longer nails and hammered them through the actual post on all corners and attached to the wall. Super sturdy now and my cat is crazy in love with it! :)

Very good cat scratch post
Has good strong fixtures for wall mounting unlike some previous posts with leather looking tabs which eventually tear.
