I think it's one of the best books, related to bonsai care.Years ago I had large version of this book but lost it somehow.This is same edition just shrinked.Only one negative, people with eye problems will need glasses because of quite small print.But excellent book.Recommending very much

This is the perfect book for anyone that wants to get into growing your own bonsai,it covers everything you need to know from growing from seed,making your own cuttings from mature trees etc.Also covers the different styles used in bonsai right down to the type of pots that can be used .This book is perfect for beginners and even the more experienced bonsai growers.Highly recommend this book

Great book. Lovely pictures in full colour. Great selection of trees to use as bonsai.

As someone dabbling with growing Bonsai this book has a lot of great info and the pics are great. For anyone interested in growing Bonsai from seed though, there are better resources out there; thus only touches briefly on germination.

Very nice book full of beautiful pictures of tree's and a good source of information and ideas.

This book is very complete (as the title claims). It is highly detailed in its descriptions and motivates every statement. All pictures also help a lot. This book is THE book to have if you intend to read only one bonsai book ever.The only drawback is that the font is very small. If you don't have perfect eyesight, you might need to hold the book close, which can get tiresome for your arms.
