One year review.
I drive for a living and I needed a USB heating pad for the car. it heats quickly and on high is more than hot enough to heat my back as I drive. I use the pad 3-5 days a week 1-2 hours each time. and it has never failed to do the job. My only complaint is it a bit on the small size, but I just discovered that the company makes a larger one. Time to upgrade.

More like a heating strip
This is probably moot, since as of today I see the product is "currently unavailable". I just bought it this month. It does heat. Green and blue levels are pointless (unless maybe you're sensitive or a baby). I need the red.The heating element does not fill the whole pad; it just kind of runs down the longer center. So the size is a bit deceiving because you're not getting 12"x12" of actual heat.On the first night, I had it plugged into a portable power bank. It worked nicely for keeping my feet warm--though I could only have it on the top or bottom, could not wrap it because of the size I bought. So my feet were *partially* warmed by it. Can't be mad about that, other than thinking the whole size was heated.I learned today that it does NOT work when plugged directly into the wall!! That makes no sense to me, but hey, I'm no electrician. It would flash red-green-blue as it does at first to indicate it's receiving power, but when I'd press the button to turn on to solid red, it kept flashing through the three each time and would not stay on.I figured it was toast and was about to return it (before I read the other commenter's note about the cost to ship it back), but then I tried it again in the power bank I had used the first night--and it worked! So that's kinda stupid because I have to keep the power bank handy just to use this little strip of warmth, and you would think that you could just plug it into the wall, like the features made it sound like you can do. And why wouldn't that work? Any electricians out there reading this?So it might help if I have a tiny area of muscle pain, way tinier than the blanket itself, and I'll go ahead and use it for as long as it lasts...which, judging by my own experience so far and the fact that it's unavailable, I'm guessing won't be long. Or maybe they were just that popular and sold out, and they'll be available again soon.If so and if you choose to purchase it, just be prepared to need a power bank in case your wall outlet doesn't work, and know that the heat isn't the whole size of the blanket.

Pad works
Cord broke within two weeks. Fortunately just a usb-c one and the pad is back up and running. Doesn’t feel like it gets as hot as they report but I don’t have a way to check. Just not as hot as my fully plugged in one.Good for traveling.

Decent for the price
4 stars works as advertised. only complaint is I wish high setting got a little warmer but it still has enough heat to help with my back pain so all and all i'm satisfied.

Love it
I love this thing. I drive a ton and I use it in the car all the time. When my back gets tight 30mins and I’m straight! I also took it on long flight. Too cool to be able to use the usb on the airplane or you can bring your own usb battery pack. 👍

It's handy.
I have chronic pain and basically live with a heating pad attached to me at home all year. Part of it is just comfort I guess because when the power goes out, I'm miserable! So I looked for an alternative for those times and it gets pretty warm but it feels like it isn't super evenly heated and it takes up quite a bit of juice from my power bank. It's definitely worth having on hand for emergencies. I don't use it all the time. If you're looking for an everyday one I would not recommend this one.The power button is cool looking, if not a little confusing.

Hot enough but doesn't stay plugged in
I do badly want to love this. It gets hot enough but SO easily comes unplugged from the pad so I constantly have to plug it back in. And it also has to be turned on every single time vs automatically which would be nice.

So far, so good.
Had it a couple weeks so far. Works pretty good plugged into a computer or car, nice and hot! Sucks a 10,000mah power bank dry in a couple hours on high, as expected. After a week, a loose connection developed in the switch causing the power to cut out a few times, but seems to be working fine now. Fragile parts and poor QC in China, I guess. The heating element looks and feels like it's about 9.5" by 11" (based on what I can feel through the pad) even though the pad is larger. Place it correctly to get the heat where you need it. Not a lot of other options for a small USB heating pad, especially for this low price. So far, so good, fingers crossed.
