Great product but breaks easy.

Bright
Light arrived in perfect condition, it’s really bright the birds love it, they perch for hours under the light. It’s on about 10-12 hours a day. So far so good.

Good lamp for bird.
These work great and last a long time. My last one lasted over 8 months before I dropped the lamp and broke it, so it could have lasted longer. My bird definitely seems happier and healthier having the UV light.

Stick with ZooMed
Not as bright as the ZooMed light. This was cheaper. Not worth it. I'm ready for it to burn out, so I can switch back to the ZooMed light

Didn't last
I have only have this bulb for about a month and a half, and it popped and now only glows at the base. Should last more than 6 weeks

Longer usable lumens needed
It's ok. The life of the lamp is not what I would hope for. I would like at least a year of full intensity. These have been slow to start and lose lumens as they get older, which is not uncommon for CFL bulbs. Dim. However, ZooMed bulbs, which were physically longer retained their luminosity longer too. They are not currently available. These are a working substitute for now.
