mOmma by Lansinoh Warm Plate (Green)

We used to have these bowls when my sons were little as they are just perfect .They keep the food warm when baby is being weaned and eats slowly. For my first son I put dinner in one side and pudding in the other side and for my twins i had ones meal one side and the other twin dinner the other side and two spoons. I had a second one for their puddings.When my grand daughter was being weaned I looked everywhere for one of these dishes but couldn't find one anywhere so I tried Amazon and found these. Just what I wanted and when she was fed from it she began to enjoy her first solid meals so much more as they were being kept warm. I actually purchased two of these so I can use one when she comes here to visit.I would definitely recommend one of these wonderful dishes. Incidentally the warm water is kept in the bottom by a daily tight bung so no danger of scalding.It is also non slip so when baby starts to feed herself it doesn't end up on the floor.

Really works, especially for those first few weeks when baby takes forever to munch their food. I've used it for three months now and it is still the only plate I use at home for my little one. She's 9 months now and to be honest the big part of the plate is starting to be a little small but the actual design of how it keeps it warm and safe is great. One star off because food stains it easily, I don't think you'll be able to avoid that.

Hmm - I bought this when I started weaning my (first) baby around 7 months. She is now 15 months old and in practice I just use that set of cheapo colourful bowls you get for £1 at IKEA to feed her - quick to wash, easy to move from savoury to sweet and a lot quicker than faffing around filling and emptying the Lansinoh product. The non-slip aspect was appealing, but that doesn't help much when your baby immediately tips it over instead - bang, splat... Zen practice... Now that we are having our second baby, I know I wouldn't buy this again.

Generally it works at keeping the food warm. The only issue is it seems to be easily stained, but a bit deal.When you want to take the plate out of the house you realise it would be really good if it came with a cover to keep it clean.

A must have for weaning. Only issue is that it's a little difficult to pour hot water inside the compartment. I am using a small funnel and it's working perfectly fine

Absolutely brilliant buy. Keeps food nice and warm especially with first big bits as it takes little one so long to chew his dinner I used to go every couple of mins to blast in microwave before bought this bowl. Very clever desighn as bottom made of rubber and doesn't burn your hands and top made of some weird material that keep heat very well and cleans easily. So worth buying. The cap is nice and safe fits very well and no chance of burning yourself or child with hot water.

To fill it with hot water you must use a funnel because the inlet is very small. Otherwise I like it.

Great bowl, sometimes food is a little too hot so I use a toy to tip the bowl up thus making the water run to the other end. This works well then.Bowl seems to mark with darker foods???Easy to wash, we hand wash it and use it every meal. Shall be ordering another as it keeps my sons food warm - he will not eat cold food so this bowl is a necessity for us
