Bought a cheaper brand at first and returned them. I bought these and I am very impressed. They were easy to put together and they sound great. It has a utility where you can adjust all the sounds on the drums. It also has about 40 preset sounds. Just those alone you have multiple varieties of symbols and drum sounds. The triggers also work well on the set. I noticed on the bass drum you have to adjust the kick so it hits it on the lower middle. The bass drum has a exceptionally sounds.

The main issue I have with this is that BFD is not released still, and I cannot get the beta to work properly with the high hat. Half closed on the pedal gives no sound, and closed hits are waaaay quieter than every other hit. I was using ezdrummer3 for a trial which worked perfectly without any configuring so its all the software I guess. Hopefully BFD receives updates, but it looks like it has been extremely slow in that regard. This is the biggest issue because all these softwares are expensive, so the kit coming with BFD would be amazing if it worked right now. I'm sure it will be fixed eventually, I just dont know how long of a wait until it is. Other than that problem, everything has been great with the kit itself. It is very solid while being hit, and the setup was very easy and allows for a lot of adjustments to make it how you like it. I dont use the sounds on the kit, They are ok and would be fine for most beginners but I prefer the sounds of something like BFD or ezdrummer for sure. Update: The software issues have now been fixed with the latest updates. Everything works perfectly by just choosing the correct drum kit preset in BFD player.

We bought this for our son's Christmas gift. He's 16 years old and has played in the school band since 6th grade. He uses his snare drum at home to practice and it is extremely loud. So when wanting to get him a full drum set we opted for the electric version. This enables him to wear his headphones and play as loudly as he likes, while mom and dad don't hear anything but his foot tapping. He was able to assemble it himself and figure out all the wiring and how to use it. He has since joined the praise team at church and is able to practice at home even more. Very pleased with this purchase.

Loving it. True beginner here. Easyish setup. Main problem would be the free lessons they give you. I was only able to do those 5 minutes a day... Which is just ridiculous. As it was advertised to me I'd expect to use the lessons to whatever extent. That being said you can (and I did) subscribe for $120ish after discount and I suggest everyone consider that. Worth every penny. Made a lot of progress in a short time. Also they give two free weeks with the premium package mentioned earlier. Still it should be reiterated that the free lessons shouldn't have a time limit for those that dont want to buy the full package. Drums seem awesome to me but I don't have a lot of experience with drums (electric or otherwise with the exception of the Rock Band drums 😄). The large foot drum tower has been especially enjoyable. Once I figured out how to set it up and secure it I was really having fun. Would have prefered to have dual zone cymbals but overall no regerts.

The kick pad on the November 2022 “new model” does NOT respond to beater strikes as expected, when the beater is centered on the kick pad. After removing the kick pad’s mesh head, it looks like the central beater absorption foam may be too thick/tall so the piezoelectric transducer never registers the mesh head beater strike when you it is centered on the kick pad. If the kick beater strikes the piezo foam column (not the central foam) directly it does register the kick pad trigger as expected — but this will likely lead to a broken piezo much sooner than if the kick’s center strike pad/foam worked as anticipated. Can I please get a replacement kick pad?

It can be a bit tricky to get it all set up but that is due to the large range of positions each part of the kit can be in (there are a lot of pivot points and a large range of elevations). The surfaces are a lot smaller than acoustic drums so it takes some practice to be able to move around the kit without hitting the sticks together or hitting the rims of the drums. The tradeoff is its compactness. I have not explored all the electronic features as I am getting back into drumming after a long interval. My 2Cans headphones work well with it and I also connect them to an old pair of Sony computer speakers from time to time. I have not yet connected them to a drum amp or a regular home stereo amp. I think this kit could be used in performance, especially as acoustic drums are almost always miked when used to perform, so their natural sound is rarely heard anyway. I would recommend this set.

Buena Calidad de tambores, no hay Crosstalk (Golpear uno y suena el otro) ni aun su otro sensor (2 por tambor) considero que los platos si están chicos pero ambos tienen silencio al apretar, un gran plus con BFD player y su batería de regalo, en cuanto a los Audífonos, suenan fenomenal, muy buen aislamiento y no te aplastan los oídos. Lo único que lamento es que Amazon no venda tom y platillo extra para precisamente este kit.

This kit was recommended for our church and so far, it’s so very good. Multiple kits to choose from, sleek design, it makes the church look modern; very easy to assemble. You can connect it to the mixer and EQ it from there and there is a controller on the kit where you can make your own adjustments. We haven’t had it very long but we are very pleased with it.

La batería es de excelente calidad, sus sonidos ya preinstalados son buenos y tiene gran variedad. En mi caso yo la utilizo para ensayar en mi casa y con mi banda rock con un sistema de monitoreo para todos y es simplemente genial que en el exterior no se escucha absolutamente ningún instrumento. La he utilizado en vivo y en ese aspecto si deja a desear un poco pero viéndolo de la manera de facilidad de manipulación de la batería es muy buena, es liviana y ocupa de muy poco espacio. El doble pedal lo acepta muy bien solamente es saber ponerlo ya que fácil no es, yo tengo un doble pedal yamaha flying dragón y en ocasiones si se me complica ponerlo. En conclusión puedo decir que es una excelente batería, cumple con su propósito principal, estéticamente es muy bonita y de buena calidad. Si buscas precio y calidad créeme que esto es lo que necesitas. Saludos!
