I've been playing a lot of Red Dead Redemption 2 recently and it sparked in me a desire to get myself a journal. After some browsing I came upon this product and it's attractive appearance, reasonable price and good reviews convinced me to buy it. The product arrived on time and is a pleasure to look at and hold. It's a little different from the one Arthur carries in the game, but I don't consider that a drawback. The paper is pleasantly thick and enjoyable to write and sketch on. As part of the package you receive a nifty canvas bag to keep your journal in, as well as a "Thank You" letter from the owner of the company, both of which were a nice touch. I'm very happy with my purchase, and will definitely be considering Rustic Town for any future such items.

I ordered this book for my daughter who is never without a journal. It is a good size that can be carried easily or easily fits into your bag. I am very pleased with the journal as it is made of lovely soft quality leather and you can smell the leather every time you pick it up. The paper inside is very good quality and I believe you can order refills. I will be ordering another for my niece who is a doctor. Highly recommended.

Really nice notebook, great value for money. Leather feels soft and smells nice too. Only thing I'd say is that the pages are a more yellow colour than I'd expect, but they're really well made and have a good texture. Thanks

This year I decided to keep a journal and wanted something nice to write in. this fitted the bill admirably. The cover is of a nice quality leather, looks nice and the strap is simple but works. The paper has a rough texture, but is lovely to write on. I write with a fountain pen and the paper does not bleed. All in all very happy with the purchase, also knowing that when I fill up this volume I can purchase a refill for it.

Bought this for a specific purpose because it states dimensions are : 8.5 inches, this is TOTALLY wrong, it just short of 8 inches, and no longer fit for purpose, see attached photo ;-(

Bought two of these and am moderately pleased. The leather is pretty low quality, and the stitching very basic. But what can you expect for the price, which is really reasonable. However, I am delighted with the paper inside, which has rough edges and looks like handmade. All in all, you gets what you pays for.

The smell, feel and look of the leather and the soft touch of the recycled paper make this an intensely personal and uniquely luxurious product. It's good to know that part of the purchase price is donated to underprivileged communities.
