A great supplement.
I already take collagen peptides for my aminos. However, this one will help me in additional ways. So I isolate it and take more of it. Nice to have a good dose that allows me to get what I need without having to take 12 pills. UPDATE --- THIS IS USELESS. A VERY SMALL % IS ACTIVELY UTILIZED BY THE HUMAN BODY. WHY GET THIS IF YOUR BODY CAN ONLY USE A VERY SMALL % AT A TIME????
