Great Quality. My waist is 35-36 inches currently and the Large fits great! I like that you can tighten the sides. Have ran with it twice and it is comfortable. Great for weight lifting and back stability in addition to waist training.

The sizes
My problem wasn't about the material etc, but the sizes, it just wouldn't fit, far too small and couldn't be asked to re-order

Wearing it for more than 6hours, it starts to get uncomfortable.Do your research on this before you buy as it can cause issues

This product is not great at all does not fit accurately as I am a personal trainer very uncomfortable and doesent support or help you in any way whatsoever do not buy this product your better off wrapping cling film around your waist to loose access fat

I am very satisfied with this product
I like that it’s easily adjustable to your needs and how tight you want it, it is quite comfortable and I use it for both working out and spending the day, it does help to sweat more around the abdomen (belly)
