Forest Secret House is really a fun build. I was impressed with the lighting method. Compared to most houses, it was very simplified.Also really impressive were the instruction manuals, one in Chinese and one in English. Have never seen that before. Both in color too.I would highly recommend this kit!

Love the attention to detail and the materials

This kit was pretty tough to put together. Not for beginners. Once it's together and done , it looks beautiful. Instructions were not the greatest. Some steps left out. I would start with a much more simpler kit.

Some scaling wasn't accurate but still super cute. My daughter used a Lego friend and that fit for scaling. I did mess up on the train, started making the chairs face backwards so make sure to pay extra attention to details. The kit came with both English and non english instructions. There is no glue or batteries. The hardest parts was making the milk (see photos). It was just TOO TINY but ended up being super cute! This is actually my 5th and a different brand that I'm used to but still a great purchase, although it was given to me as a gift.

This is a difficult build. There is a lot of gluing paper covers on wooden pieces. The small furniture requires gluing and holding until the glue sets, no snapping pieces together. The instructions are in color but not always easy to discern. The instructions sometimes need to be interpreted as to the meaning and some instructions are just plain missing. Placement of items are not always clear. My suggestion would be to study the instruction booklet all the way through before staring the build. That way you can have an idea where things go and what needs to be done. You won't be caught having to improvise and correcting mistakes.

I enjoyed this house. It was unique. My only complaint was that the instructions were way too small and difficult to understand in places.

Disliked that instruction book was a photo copy and pictures are dark & not clear. Especially when the instructions say, assemble as shown. No glue, ruler or blade was included, as with other kits I’ve purchased.

What an absolutely delightful little project. I loved doing this! The instructions are all in Chinese, there is quite small English manual but the text is incredibly small, so I used the Chinese version. No. I do not speak Chinese, I had to use the pictures only, and for the most part that was all that was needed. I used fake moss to finish this off and opted not to use the beads for berries on the tree top. I did also need to shave down some of the bark in places so parts would fit together a bit easier. But for the most part this was straight forward and parts fit together well.

Some directions a little confusing but not to bad. Found cutting rubber tree bark too hard for siccors but exato knife works really good. The light design was really bad. Was told to fold the lights to make them fit which sometimes they didn't and look pretty bad.

For someone looking to find a new hobby you can’t go wrong with this product the end result is beautiful
