simple,no effort and so effective
Thank god i read some of the other positive reviews or i may not have tried Aquaflex despite the very reasonable price. I'm about 6 weeks in, i've got a cold and i'm sneezing constantly. Guess what? I havn't leaked even once!!!!Aquaflex is so simple to use. 2 cones, one large, one smaller, with weights totalling 55g that fit inside. After a bit of experimenting,i started with the large cone holding 20g. Once i'd managed to get that cone up to it's maximum of 55g i moved onto the smaller one (bear in mind that the day my aquaflex arrived i tried the small one empty and it just slipped out-yuk!!!) I can now hold the small one with 30g. I use it twice a day. In the morning as i prepare breakfast/packed lunch etc and again in the evening whilst getting dinner ready. You have to be on your feet whilst using aquaflex so this fits in perfectly for me. I seriously cant believe how well this has worked for me. I also do a fitness dvd every morning and i cant tell you the joy i feel having dry underwear when i've finished!!! Ladies ,i'm 44 and i've had leaks for quite a few years, i highly reccomend this product.

This is helping me get my life back but I don't enjoy using this product!
Ugh anyone needing these I feel for you, since the birth of my first son I have been plagued with weak pelvic floor related problems that have nearly ruined my life. I have tried every gadget and gismo and had months & months of physio and have showed my lady areas to many many professionals. My last and final straw was an appointment for Uro-dynamics to go for surgery to correct my problems. The thought of these invasive and embarrassing tests made me cry, so much and the fact that I am only 30 and haven't finished my family yet, made me cancel my appointment, putting surgery on hold for a few more years and I went back to my physio hoping she would have a white rabbit in her hat!She only had these. I had previously used these months ago, where I found them awkward and couldn't keep them in, they fell out and I dismissed them and went on to the next gadget or device without success. But now that my options were surgery which I had ruled out as I want more children or these my choices were slim!So I persevered with these, (my physio told me I had done as much as I could do pelvic floor exercise wise, losing baby weight, cutting out caffeine, yoga etc and now needed to do weight training with my pelvic floor to improve the strength.)So I have carried on using these twice/3 times a week and have been able to keep them in, I used the biggest with no weight first then gradually increased the weight when I could keep them in for 10 mins, I am now nearly on the heaviest weight and when I master that can move onto the small one and go through the different weights with that one. I use it when I'm in the shower or when I am putting my make up on so for about 10 mins in total and HAVE noticed an improvement. I have my life back, I am safe in the knowledge I can do normal daily things, coughing, picking up my boys (I now have 2 babies) and can even run up the stairs. I feel more like my old me and not like my granny! I still have a way to go but want to say to anyone reading this, hang in there you will see an improvement.I do a lot of exercise, Bokwa, Zumba and running and still have some water problems but they have got better and I am considering doing some spinning classes as feel these may be less pressure on my pelvic floor. I really just want to be able to do some cardio classes again as I loved doing those before I had my boys. These classes have not made my problems worse, so don't give up on exercise!I cant rate this 5/5 as I don't like the product even though it is helping me! I have to force myself to use it and find it annoying but then usually if something is hard work it means its worth it.So don't despair or suffer in silence, use these they will help, you may not get a cure (I think surgery is the only thing for that) but they will improve your daily life and that must count for something.(My physio told me I wouldn't have to use these daily as I had good pelvic floor strength and just needed to do some weight training but if you do use them daily you might notice quicker results)Good luck!

Great purchase
I know I don't have serious pelvic issues but at 43 and 20 years after childbirth, I know things are not what they once were! When I need the loo I can't wait for hours like I used to and this is particularly evident in the week before my period - I suppose the whole area is a bit under pressure??? Also, sneezing and coughing fits when my bladder is quite full results in a bit of leaking.I run regularly and can do 200 star-jumps and use a trampoline so long as my bladder isn't full. I just don't want it to worsen as I get older and would rather get control now.I have been doing pelvic floor exercises for a few months now, every day, but wasn't really sure how reliable or strong my pelvic floor really was.I bought Aquaflex because I liked the idea of being able to do every day things while solving the problem. I am very busy but also want to do this properly. The item arrived quickly and I started out ....I was pleased to find that I could hold the largest cone in with all the weights for 20 minutes while walking gently around the room, so on the second day I tried the smallest cone and, although I had to focus a bit more, I could still do it.It is now the end of week 1 and today - to my great delight - I managed the smallest cone with a 20g weight for 20 minutes whilst walking around dusting (reaching and bending) and watering plants and making a couple of phone calls. I was just about to take it out and was feeling very smug and pleased with myself when I felt a sneeze coming on (all that dusting!). I braced myself, legs about a foot apart ..... and sneezed .... and the cone just fell out of me!!!!! Mortification! But no leaking. I was alone, incidentally!!!!It just goes to show that you must keep these exercises up, even when you think you're doing well. This is only week 1 for me and already there are improvements but I know all is not well when I sneeze! Must keep these exercises up!What I love is being able to keep busy while using this and no-one else needs to know.I also love the reassurance that I'm using the right muscles and I can progress through the weights and keep testing myself. So far, so good .... am really pleased and would highly recommend. The storage case is small, discreet and easy to tuck away in luggage or overnight bag too.Instructions are excellent.
