I actually used this on a weight room dumbbell rack that had a somewhat sharp edge that, when hit, could ding my rubber dumbbells. It is actually 0.15" thick (I measured with a caliper) and the product says it fits up to 0.078". I decided to take a chance. It fit beautifully! One thing I didn't realize from the product description or pictures - The inside does have segmented metal (steel, I believe) in it. The segments appear to be around 1/4" wide and are placed one right next to the other. I suspect this is what gives it great grip, but allows it to bend too. Anyway, I cut it with a kitchen scissors, which worked but may have dulled the blades. In retrospect I would have used a tin snip.

I recently made custom side spiltters and a custom rear diffuser for my car. I used thin .040 aluminium. Naturally, thin metal thats custom forms sharp edges. I went searching everywhere (home depot, lowes, etc...) for something that would work, but then I decided to search amazon. Within a few seconds I found this, i received the product (in 2 days, yay prime), and installed it. The texture was amazing, and it did the job perfectly. Now no more razor cuts! highly recommend this product!

I purchased a couple of swivel rocker gliders that arrived with a sharp metal base. I have hardwood floors and I panicked! I immediately went into search mode for something that could protect my floors in the event that these chairs should get tipped which would have been a sure deep gouge in the floors. I found this! I couldn’t be happier! Super easy to apply. Very flexible. And best of all…I have peace of mind that my floors are protected.

Very flexible, was able to use this in as small as a 1.25" hole for some return fuel line to pass through into the trunk. I like that it has the thin metal liner, which is stronger than expected. Clips on tight, but comes off without damage if you need it to.

I needed to replace the cracked rubber edging of my bar stools. This worked awesome! The rubber is durable and has a metal strip inside the rubber that made a firm grip. I did not have to use adhesive.

The media could not be loaded.  The product is perfect and it hold really tight.I will buy again and 100% recommend.

Le bord de la plage arrière de ma voiture est saillant. J'ai installé facilement ce joint pour me protéger des coupures.A noter que pour couper plus ce joint, une cisaille peut être plus pratique (le joint incluantt un renfort métallique)
