I have searched labels and tasted a variety... I'm on a Keto program with a TOTAL (very important compared to NET) daily Carb limit of 30g.These think! Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Dough bars fit the program well as long as you worked all day to keep your other Carbs down. 9g Total carbs compared to some that are 20, 27, or even 35g of carbs. This flavor is the best... texture is good, crunchy, good peanut butter and chocolate flavor. It's become my only go to at this point if I need to take the edge off especially if others are eating some fancy dessert.I also have the Chocolate Mousse version. It's pretty good too and lower Total carbs like the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Dough version, but if you like peanut butter, this cookie dough one is your best choice.They aren't gritty, no after taste, and sometimes I can eat half and satisfied and can stop. The balance of Protein and Fat is excellent! 10g/14g... these have never had a negative impact on my BG nor my Ketones.

These are REALLY good!! They have 4g net carbs, but 14 total carbs due to the fiber and erythritol. Some say this taste like Reese's... but no, it is better than reese's, because you know you're eating something healthier and without all the additives. It feels better in your mouth and in your stomach.REALLY IMPORTANT NOTE: As you can see by the many reviews with melted bars, I would NOT suggest ordering these over the hot summer months. Perhaps if you live in the Northern US, maybe... but certainly not anywhere where the temperature goes above 80, and probably maybe not even above 70. The chocolate is not very stable and melts easily. It was 40 degrees when my package was delivered to a shady area. When I opened it, the bars were ok, but they seemed a little soft upon touch. I then put one in the refrigerator for 4 hours. It was still very soft and the chocolate melted when I touched it. Needs to be frozen.

Fabulous taste and texture, fits into my keto lifestyle!However if they get warm enough, either in the delivery truck or on your porch, they will melt and be a mess. This happens with mine even when they ship in a thermal bag with ice packs as they do in summer. I still order them during warm weather, but even though I put them directly into the freezer, they are inconvenient to eat after they've melted.

I love these bars. They are my special treat. Reviews were noting they arrive melted, so that’s probably why they’ve started adding an ice pack to the shipping container, which is a nice touch. I live in Florida and it’s summer, so mine were still a little melted, but I store them in the fridge and they are nice and crisp when I pull them out to eat. I will continue buying and eating these!

These were yummy. A lot better than what I thought they were going to be. Since I never tried them before I did want to get them to try and I did like them. As a peanut butter fan these were really good - and they are a more healthier type of bar to eat

These bars have good texture and flavor. Would not recommend ordering during warm weather. They were packed in a thermal bag with ice pack inside a cardboard box. But 3- 4 days in transit caused them to arrive as a melted gooey mess. I put in fridge and they firmed up but quality was compromised.

The product is wonderful. Tastes fantastic. I've used this as a snack bar, and one time to replace a meal on last shipment. I changed my 5 star to a 4, because this time when delivered the chocolate had melted and stuck to the inside of the wrapper. I didn't know that until I took my first one out. This was my second or 3rd delivery, and the first time that happened. I put the box in the fridge as soon as they are delivered...but this time chocolate had melted and stuck to the wrapper on the inside. The taste is still perfect, They need to find another place to store them until delivery.
