I purchased these gloves to replace a pair I lost in New York. They are very soft inside and fit very well. They fit so well I purchased another pair immediately in a different color. The touchscreen feature is not as easy to use as I would like, but I seldom used it anyway. I would definitely recommend them if you are not sensitive to the using your phone while wearing gloves.

I live on the West Coast, so it doesn't get extremely cold, but it does get into the 30's, and my hands are perfectly warm for the conditions I live in. I bought these primarily for the touch screen feature, and could not be more disappointed. So all-in-all I'm satisfied, just disappointed that I have to take them off to use my phone.
