Packaging was great. But the shoes were a little tight and rubbed the back of my heels really bad! My other TOMs do not do this! They are ok but I have to wear bandaids when I wear them.

I have wide feet and found this shoe very comfortable. Fits my normal shoe size well. Plus one pair of shoes is donated for every pair I buy. It's a bonus to give back! I intend to purchase again.
