Great product, reduced staining and improved gum health
I’ve had this for around 18 months and it’s still working well. I try to use it once a day. It has reduced staining and my gums feel healthier when I stick to using it every day. Some people are unhappy it doesn’t warm the water, I just use the water from the hot tap to get it to a bearable temperature. If you knew how many filthy bacteria live in our mouths, spitting out some water from the hot water system wouldn’t phase you.Good pressure, lots of attachments, good reservoir size, decent build quality.Game changer for bleeding gums.

Excellent product
Really pleased with flosser, much better than battery operated ones and flushes out tooth debris trapped under gumline.

Excellent
Apart from annoying price fluctuations, this is an excellent product that is exactly as described and super easy to use. It's worth the £69 paid.Don't expect to view your teeth in the mirror DURING the water flossing - you can enjoy the view AFTER using the water floss. Keep your mouth mostly closed to prevent water from spraying all over and look downwards slightly so that the water can trickle from your mouth into the sink/basin. While using the water floss, you can watch the food bits ejected and watch the water level in the reservoir to estimate how much time you have left before the water runs out to finish your dental cleaning. It can be shared at home (within & with hygiene limits), making it highly economical.Water floss cannot replace string floss but this is an excellent addition to one's daily dental routine:Electric Toothbrush + String Floss + Water Floss + MouthwashYou can skip some string floss sessions when you use the water floss at higher water speeds of 8-10, but should still floss at least once every 2 days for optimal dental hygiene. It's great using the water floss after every meal and before you head out of the house and have to wear a face mask (so you don't have to inhale the consequences of a dirty mouth).Start at the LOWEST setting. Gradually increase the speed and get accustomed to it, before finding the highest water speed setting that you can comfortably handle.Lower speeds below 5 are suited for massage and rinsing rather than proper cleaning.Water speed 8-9 seems like the best compromise between effectiveness and comfort. At maximum speed 10, there is quite a bit of spraying on your face and the surroundings and it's a bit overwhelming and slightly painful for some.If you have enough bathroom space & seek to purchase just 1 water flosser (for the time being at least) - I suggest purchasing this counter-top model rather than the portable/travel type which is generally less effective despite being quite bulky for a handheld device and costs around the same or more.If you don't have enough bathroom space - consider using this at your kitchen sink instead.

Its not a gimmick - really worth the investment.
I bought this, having struggled with conventional flossing for years.paid full price, and kept my faith that the which reviews would be found correct.I was not disappointed - once I got my head around the range of flossing tips, and pressure settings, the use of the device brought almost immediate improvement to my dental and gum health.I took youtube advice, and started off with the general purpose tip, and the lowest setting. The result was a pretty pleasant experience. The reservoir holds a couple of minutes of active use, and with a handy on/off control on the handset, the ability to control the flossing action is pretty easy, and intuitive. The fresh and squeaky clean sensation on my teeth is now easily achieved, and my only uncertainty is to whether or not to brush my teeth before of after the floss session. At the moment, I’m still experimenting with that.If you are a little intimidated by the size and general oddness of the machine - with a change of toothbrushing habit, I would just say to go for it. It works.I think I won’t take it on holiday with me, but I've got used to having it parked at the side of the sink.
