Been using it for a few weeks for my paintings. Its nice to have a place where they can set properly.

I teach kindergarten - 5th grade art and was desperate to have a transportable drying rack, so I purchased this product. When it came in, it didn't look that difficult to put together. Boy, was I wrong. Putting the poles together was simple, because they required nothing but lining up holes. The manufacturer provided the necessary tool to secure the wheels, so that was very helpful. The problem I am having is installing the racks! There are no tools to remove the screw caps on the end - that's ok, I have a pair of pliers. The caps came off easily with the pliers but it is IMPOSSIBLE to get the screw caps back on the racks when they are put into the holes of the poles. I have fought with them for more than a half hour and I'm about to give up and send it back. I'm certain, if I could get the screw caps back on, this would be exactly what I need, but it's worthless if you can't put the ends of the rack into each hole and screw the screw cap on.Update: I finally got one rack on, but when trying to place racks on the lower or higher poles I found the end caps are too big and will not fit into the holes. Impossible to install any racks unless in the middle of the shelf! Do not waste your money!

This drying rack looks great once it’s put together. That’s the only positive. This thing took FOREVER to put together. It’s not difficult just time consuming. The company did not include a tool to install the screws on the back. Luckily I already had a hex key to use. You need to make sure the large holes are aligned on the back and the small ones on the front. Once I realized this installation was much easier.

I assembled my new shelving today. I think it's going to be a big help. I only installed 13 of the shelves for now, so it will be easy to see what I have and easily accommodate deeper canvases. My only hesitation in giving this five stars is that the shelves were all slightly bent in one direction or another, so we had to try to straighten them out by hand. They're still not perfectly flat, but nothing will fall off of them, it's more a visual thing for those of us who can be fussy. They arrived packaged nicely, so I'm assuming this is a manufacturing defect. Anyway, they will work just fine, even if we had to put in some effort.
