Replacement for Grass 830-33 and 839-05
I have two different Grass hinges in my kitchen cabinets, 830-33 and 839-05 1 1/4 overlay which means the distance between the screw holes. These new (2 Pack Rok Hardware Grass TEC 864 108 Degree 1-1/4" Overlay 3 Level Soft Close Screw On Compact Cabinet Hinge 04547A-15 3-Way Adjustment 45mm Boring Pattern) are a very good Replacements. Same hinge size and shape plus soft close. You will need to drill new screw hole, which is very easy to do. Use a straight edge to level both hinges.

Perfect fit, and they work perfectly

It is a great consealed soft closing kitchen cabinet door hinge
We had to replace a cabinet door hinge with a broken spring (20yrs old). This hinge is an exact fit with no modifications needed to the door. We like the soft closing feature over the existing hinges with fast (slamb) closing. Will replace old hinges in the future with Rox Hardware Grass TEC 864 hinge!!!

Easy to install
These were easy to install and finding hinges for my ancient cabinets is not the easiest. I had to drill new holes in my doors but it was simple.

Replaced discontinued outdated cabinet hinge.
My existing cabinet hinge was broken and to my dismay discontinued. A quick cross reference said these would work.Not only are these reasonably priced, they also look nice. Best part is my old hinges were not self closing. These are and they work great. I'm going to swap all my hinges out now.

Perfective replacement
Took out the old hinge and screwed in the new one--Worked fine. Do your research on replacement hinges to make sure you get the correct one and understand what all the numbers mean. It took me two days to figure the proper replacement.

Fits, but not smooth
While it was easy to install and fir without issues, the adjustable spring tension (for the close speed) does nothing at all.This does not close smoothly or by itself.It also does not want to close all the way by itself, it must be pushed fully closed.Have adjusted it every which way with the screws and they are all the same.Not a huge deal, but just a note.

Great item
Wish I had known this is how you change from the old type to making it soft close, as I had to take all of mine off to paint my 36 doors, I would have invested in more. Love how easy it is and your doors are always closed.
