I have been using this for the past 3 months and everything has been good. It stays cool as well. Works with my laptop as well. Will test this more.

I bought this for my Asus Tuf Gaming F15 Laptop. The charger that came with it was a 230 W bulky charger, and the laptop doesn't consume that much power unless its graphics card is under heavy load.For Day to day work, I needed a small, simple charger, which I can just chuck in my bag, and carry it to work without taking up much space.This charger fits the bill, and I can also charge my phone and headphones from one charger.Pro:- Small, compact charger- Doesn't heat up at all- Supports charging multiple devices, including two laptops at one time.Cons:- The Plug of this charger is two pin Europlug, and the charger hangs quite a bit outside the socket.- The Pins are parallel to the Body of the Charger, and not at 90 Degrees; Hence it occupies quite a bit of adjacent sockets.- The items comes with its own USB-C cable, (Despite the tittle of the listing); I had purchased another USB C cable due to the wrong information, and now I can't return it. Hence, I ended up losing money for no fault of mine.

Might have good speed but its not at all stable. Its pin is just too thing doesn’t grab on to any indian socket at all. I would suggest others to get some chargers there are other cheaper alternatives and if u spend 10k then u better get the belkin gan 140 watt there after sale service is far superior than Ugreen. Now amazon is not even accepting the return though i still have time left. The customer executive service team are useless and telling me its not available from their side to return the product.

For such a high wattage charger, you would at least expect the 2 pin plug to be sturdy, but no,It's slim and unreliable, the heavy charger falls out of all the sockets and even universal sockets.Such a waste of a an expensive product.

All ports work as advertised. The product comes with a type-C to type-C cable, so no need to buy a new one. My only pet peeve is the bulkiness of this charger. It is so heavy that if you plug it into any hanging outlet (such as a hanging power strip), then this charger will likely pull down everything. So, plug the charger to a firmly attached socket (wall outlet or power strip on the desk).I only wish the two metal plug prongs on this charger were perpendicular to the body (hence one ⭐ off). This design may not work in typical Indian usage scenarios where we have a on/off switch adjacent to the socket or another plug as in a power strip. In the way it is designed, the charger is wide/big enough that it is likely to hinder operating the adjacent switch or the socket. In case of using on a wall 3/2 ping outlet, plug this charger so that its body is away from the adjacent switch.

It supports superfast charging 2.0 for my Samsung S23 ultra. The cable inside is 1.5 MTR and supports 140w output. So no need to buy a separate cable. Definitely a little pricey. That's why rating it a 4.

It suddenly stopped charging one day without any damage ! Charger never fell down or anything even once , not a single physical damage whatsoever and there is no customer support as well ! I recommend to buy the Belkin charger instead it has more ports same wattage capabilities, it’s 4 thousand rupees costlier but at least won’t fail on you in the middle of a business trip or something! I had to charger my laptop and phone on a airport usb point later on because it failed on me all of a sudden

Heavy charger with 2 pin support, 3 pin support is a must also after a few days, one of the type c (higher power) stopped working suddenly
