Top quality - very quick delivery.
I’ve ordered these hazelnuts three times from Real Food Source and have never been disappointed. I don’t know how many hazelnuts there are in a kilo – several hundred, I suppose. Probably a thousand or more in three bags, and I didn’t come across a single broken or rotten nut – just one soft one. A 99.9% success rate seems pretty good to me. All the hazel nuts still had their delicate brown coats intact, and all of them tasted fresh, firm and, well, nutty. The nuts are packed in an attractive, pale green, airtight bag that can be easily resealed – and the seal really works. Flatten the bag to remove air, pinch the seal closed, and the bag stays flat and airtight until the next time. A bag of these hazelnuts lasts me about three to four weeks, and I haven’t noticed any deterioration in quality during that time. Oh, and delivery was very quick indeed - almost by return mail. I’m a happy customer.

It doesn't seem to matter what quality baged nuts I buy they are never close to the taste of directly out the shell.
