Easy to swallow & NO yucky smell!
As a vegan & post bariatric surgery, I tend to be low on certain vitamins. I have been having shortness of breath and after several tests, it turns out I am anemic/low iron. My doctor said 325mg/65mg absorbed so I ordered this. The best thing is there is NO odor! This and the flat, small size make swallowing these super easy. I'm now on the subscription! Hoping it helps

You will need a stool softener
Unless you love getting hemmoriods, you def need to take magnesium or stool softener with these. I took them two weeks post partum to help with energy and rebuild my iron stores. It worked well for that but not worth the hemmoriods that followed.
