Low Acidity, but Bland and Expensive
A lot of the comments appear to describe the taste as 'smooth'. To me, it barely takes like coffee, so that could be why people think it tastes 'smooth'. The process of decaffinating coffee certainly reduces the concentration of coffee flavor (no matter the brand), but this coffee is particularly bland tasting to me. That may be due to the fact that it is low acidity, but unsure. My overall opinion is that it is bland and flavorless, but if you are looking for low acidity this will certainly accomplish that. It is rather expensive compared to other decaf coffees and the flavor is so lacking that I cannot justify the purchase. I would only consider this coffee if you need a low acid option, otherwise I would choose other decaf coffees.

Taste could be better
Love the low acid component to this coffee but the taste could be better. Tastes very watery, would love a stronger flavor.

Dark Roast Decaf is full of flavor
I always shyed away from decaf coffee because it didn't have the full flavor of Dark Roast caffeinated coffee; however, this Fabula Coffee Decaf Dark Roast is the best I have tasted so I switch to it later in the day with no loss of flavor.
