Foot Guards.
One of the most affordable and effective foot guards. I’ve just stared using foot guards, and wow I can already tell the difference, between less pain on my feet and more power. Overall amazing product.

Ankle supports
These ankle supports arrived fast and were high quality, however the logo is printed and my guess is it wont last 3-6 months but thats a minor detail which is why the product is 4 star not 5 if it had been sewn on. They state 'large' on the pack but as there was no size choice its probably one size fits all, they feel tight and grippy although im size 10/11 UK feet but my ankles are quite narrow so they are slightly slacker there as you would expect. I bought these to help support my ankles in ju jitsu and they leave quite a lot of room clear for the ball of your foot which will stop you slipping around.

Fit well, comfortable and offer good support. The material doesn't bunch up under your foot like some when turning on the ball of your foot.

Works for me
Give good ankle support when training in thai. I has a problem that when kicking hard with my shin I was getting vibrations down through my ankle, but these supports have solved that completely. Comfortable and fit well.

Suffered Mat burns after shooting for a take down? This will help heal and prevent future mat burns!
After suffering a really bad mat burn on the top of my foot after shooting for a take down, this ankle guard protected my foot from further mat burns and allowed my foot to heal. I now always wear it during BJJ training to avoid future mat burns. As they say, prevention is better than cure.

Ok ish...
Good fit but the logos started to peel off after the third use so now looks rubbish....not what I expect from Venum who usually delivers quality stuff.
