The noodles have a good texture and all flavours are properly spicy. They've got a really nice balance of flavours, quite peppery with undertones of seaweed. For spice level reference: I use Nandos Extra Extra Hot sauce as a dip for chips. If that sounds tasty to you, then you'll be able to happily munch on these. If that sounds too hot, then maybe try buying a single pack of the black fire to try before buying the multi-pack. The cold style and stew style have the same scoville rating as the fire, and the 2x is (obviously) twice as hot as the other three.
