Typical Silverline
Good piece of kit at a reasonable price. Unlike some reviews might suggest, I found the box spanner set to be well made, free from defects, burrs or loose swarf and didn’t distort in use. the Tommy bar is a snug fit (which is a distinct bonus if you are working in confined spaces and have little tolerance for movement before actually turning the monoblock nut (like behind a pedestal)). The drive faces are snug to the nut and the socket is long enough to incorporate the threaded bar of a monoblock. All in all a very useful addition to the toolbox and fit for purpose!

Cheap & Cheerful but does a job!
My car rear light clusters are held in with a small bolt hidden in the bodywork behind the boot lining. As such, it is uncomfortable and indeed, almost impossible to reach the nut with a normal 10mm ring spanner. Its also then easy to drop the nut into an irretrievable place inside the bodywork. Looking for a suitable spanner, I realised I could get this complete Prime 'Add-On' set for about the same price as a single item. The set arrived promptly and its great. I can now undo the rear light clusters without major problems, and, I have a useful set of small box spanners for my toolkit. They may be a tad cheap and cheerful but they do the job for me and I am very pleased. Good value.

Does the job but not made to last
Literally needed it for a 2min job and doubt I will need them again but for the price and 8 sizes can't go wrong, always handy to have in a tool box for that unexpected time nothing but a box spanner will do. Only negative I would say is the metal is cheap and wouldn't advise trying to do anything up murder tight unless you want to deform or risk making the socket smooth. End of the day if it breaks they're cheap enough to be disposable. Would also like to see an extension bar or telescopic added to the pack at some point because even in a tight space the T bar is a little big and they're a pain and pricey to try and get on their own.

Caution needed before using
Spanners do the job but you need to check them out before applying them to the tap retaining rod. The problem is that when the holes are punched for the tommy bar a small disc of steel is often still attached in place within the spanner. The minor annoyance of finding that this stops the spanner sliding over the tap retainer is nothing compared with finding that if you do get the spanner over the rod it will not come off because this swarf is now firmly embedded into the thread of the retainer. If this is compounded with having tried the wrong sized spanner you now have a tap that will not tighten and a spanner that cannot be removed. It is easily fixed if you ream out the inside of the spanner before fitting them over the tap retainer. If however you don't it can become a long and expensive fix.

Good Access Spanners
Had to Change my Kitchen Tap, found these spaners online and they made the job quick and simple giving good access to the Tap's fitings underneath ( Great tools at a good price )
