The Big Bang Theory: Season 3 [DVD] [2007] [2010]

In this third season I found that the characters are now starting to settle. I appeciated Howard a little more, though I still feel he is the weak character, and as with previous seasons, the rapore between Penny and Sheldon is what makes the show worth watching. This third season includes a few great cameos including Katie Sackhoff, Stan Lee and of course, Wil Wheaton, who actually appears in a couple of episodes and is very very funny. The scripts were strong and I'm glad they managed to give each character some sort of interesting episode that centres around them. Another thing I noticed is several blasts from the past. Of course we have Darlene from Roseanne a few times in the show, but this season also sees Winnie from The Wonder Years and Blossom from... um... Blossom. I've heard that the quality of the show takes a bit of a dive in season four but so far, I've enjoyed every minute. 4.5/5

Have watched this US comedy many times over the last couple of years. All characters are brilliantly played by the cast. The situations are comical and the snide remarks often at Sheldon's expense have me in stitches. Leonard, Raj, Howard, Sheldon and Penny the waitress who wants to be an actress. 4 total geeks and a down to earth American girl.On the face of it the whole thing should not work. But it does folks it really does. I have all 4 series so far can't wait for the 5th series to come out on DVD.

I bought this DVD as a birthday present for my dad. We watch new episodes of The Big Bang Theory together, and have started to catch old episodes now they're showing on the channel e4. It reminds us both of past plotlines and funny episodes, and so my dad's started collecting the DVDs. He already had seasons 1 and 2, and so 3 was a new addition to his collection. We both love this show, and the DVDs are great to pull out on a rainy day for a marathon geekfest. Delivery was fast and the DVD was packaged well. I recommend it to anyone who watches and loves the shows.

These programmes have to be on the way to be the future new comedy classics. 3 Series of absolute hysterics and the introduction of Will Weeton (Wesley Crusher, son of Dr Beverley Crusher)is for me a master stroke. I have been watching all 3 series since April and my only complaint is that a programme does not last long enough.And what about the 'Roseanne' connections.Oops....starting to sound like i need an anorak, buy it if you have a sense of humour, buy it if you don't have a sense of humour,i'm sure this DVD will give you one. (Sense of humour that is)

I love this programme and when i was falling behind with the show on T.V i bought the box set to catch up - i havent missed an episode and i hope there are many more to comeDelivery was super fast as always and all the dvd's were in good condition still in the wrappingWill be buying future series

Season 3 really does build on the previous two series! Leonard seems to be the butt of more of the jokes in this season and Sheldon really does become more and more ridiculous! I think that Rahj and Howard are the two new stars of the show however in this season! They really come into their own. Absolutely hilarious. If you liked the other series then you will love this one!

I love this series. I can't help but think that it will end soon though. It's rare for a comedy series to go beyond 10 seasons.

The Big Bang Theory just continues to improve with each new series.. The writing is so tight & so clever the result is a very funny Show. I can watch it over & over again which is why I bought the DVDs . I also much prefer to watch it without ads!!I initially overlooked this program as I thought it would not appeal to the 'old' - how wrong I was!I look forward to acquiring all the series.
