I wear a uniform and can easily swap out shirts
This shirt works to some degree, but make no mistake about it, it will shred your shirt and the inside your pants!!! I wear a uniform and can easily swap out shirts, but I wouldn't dare put this on a shirt that I purchased!!! It also sometimes rides up out of your pants above the waist line as well.

I've used a couple of different types of rubber belts and several sets of elastic straps, but this is finally a simple and comfortable way to keep my shirt tucked in for a night of dancing.The belt is like a finely grained Velcro and sticks to just about any sort of cloth. Wear it under your shirt tail to hold it securely to your undershorts.Wearing it over the shirt causes your pants to stick to it, creating visible bunching and creasing.

It is a compromise but I have yet to find anything better.

Cotton yes. RipStock no.
It doesn't hold onto ripstock material very well so it didn't really work for me.
