Here's the trick to that! Look at the packaging, if it says 'LLP' as it does on this pack it is made in the new factory which is automated and they are made by machine. If it says '(BNG) LLP' they are made in the old factory in Bangladesh where they are still all rolled by hand. So, if you want hand rolled then surf about for the (BNG) LLP packs. What is the burn time, please?

I have never noticed the burn time. They seem about standard. The smell is very nice however.

Is it right that the 12 pack are the export quality ones but the 3 pack aren't?

No. Some 12 packs are export quality (much nicer imo)and marked on the packet as such, and hand rolled; some packs aren’t marked export quality and in my view aren’t nice at all. Synthetic smelling, bit like air freshener. The others are lovely.

Is this 'satya sai baba indian sandalwood incense' or a different sandalwood incence?

I think I know what you are referring to. I got an indian sandalwood sample box in a nag champa box that smelt nothing like this sandalwood. I have never seen "indian sandalwood" from satya; however, look for golden nag chandan. It's a different company but golden nag chandan is literally identical to the indian sandalwood that you are referring to.
