Great book with LOTS of creative and healthy smoothie recipes..
This is not your ordinary smoothie book. It's also a health resource. The author, who is also a Registered Nurse, knows what she's talking about! Kasia not only shares delicious recipes, but also teaches the importance of eating healthy.I really like how she explains the "glycemic index" (which is important for monitoring sugar levels). Also the list of SUPERFOODS is a great list to have.I also liked how she organized her recipes for "post workouts", this is perfect for me because after the gym. I can just go right to that section and quickly blend up a super healthy smoothie! Great resource if your looking to eat healthy and stay fit!

Short and sweet
This is a fair book on smoothies. there were not a ton of recipes, but many sound good. there were a lot of odd ingredients that I have no idea where I'd find.

Excellent information
This is a great collection of recipes which are categorized very well. The combination of ingredients are easy to prepare and go well together. I have even learnt and researched about new foods like Matcha green tea and Spirulina powder. After making these smoothies, my husband and I felt like a million dollars. I'm so glad I invested in this great book. Thanks.

Looks like it came from a boxed smoothie maker
Pamphlet is right 42 pages. Looks like it came from a boxed smoothie maker.Disappointed with quantity for the price paid. Book does not even have a price marked on it.Buy a bigger good actual book for the price.

Untrustworthy nutritional info
Some nice smoothies in here, but not a lot of formatting or many pictures which I guess is okay given its price. The major concern I have is in the nutritional information posted alongside the recipes. For example the "Banana, cocoa & almonds smoothie lists the calorie content as 280cals and 18g fat, but the 1/2 cup almonds alone in the drink contain 412 calories and 36g fat!

Not a much in it...
Slightly disappointed. Very small book with very few recipes in. Print quality is also very cheap. Some nice recipes but wouldn't recommend as nothing in it you couldn't find for free on BBC food website.

much like a pamphlet
It's a 40 page book, much like a pamphlet. One recipe per page. Often asks for ingredients that I can't get hold of. Meh.... Only gets the third star for being cheap, but you get what you pay for.

10 pages of recipies that taste like seaweed. The book looks like it was printed on someone's home printer and stapled together by children.
