Easy for a small child to grip
My almost two year old can grip these with easy. Now he and football fanatic DaDa are working on his throwing motion. Lol.

The shape
The minUte difference in the shape of these "nerf" type little footballs are slightly more elongated than the "other fatter" ones. Been throwing these type little guys around for YEARS. Recommended.

Smaller than expected
They are foam footballs, so they work as advertised. I did not visualize the measurements, so they were smaller than expected. I bought these for my 2 year old and they actually fit his hand well but they are hard for him to catch because they are so small. That being said, he doesn't catch that well yet because he is 2.

Great for tumbler holders
These footballs are very dense and rigid. We used them to hold tumblers on a spindle and found out you have to cut them in half for them to fit correctly on the 30oz ones.

perfect for spinning tumblers
It would be great if they came predrilled with a 1/2" hole to go on the end of the rod. However, they are the perfect size for spinning 20 oz tumblers and the smaller ones.
