I’ve tried bovine and marine.I really like this powder. For me its very convenient and there’s no nasty flavour to spoil my coffee. It dissolves quickly and is odourless and doesn’t have an aftertaste.It’s enriched with copper and manganese to support connective tissue.If you are looking to improve your fitness and reduce the risk of injuries this would be a good choice. Both the condition of the tendons and ligaments deteriorate with age or with frequent activity associated with high repetition of movement.This contains no nasties or fillers which is great. It does contain vitamin c to support collagen synthesis.Since I’ve been taking collagen I’ve noticed my hair skin and nails have been definitely better. The media could not be loaded. Dosage is 5g with any liquid or food, it tastes like nothing so blends really well with everything. I took it with porridge and sometimes coffee. It contains bovine collagen so its made from grinded animal bones.I have to say although I prefer being mostly vegan I do occasionally eat meat because I think its too difficult to continue on a vegan collagen diet. This helps with my ageing body and has ingredients that target tendons and ligaments in the muscle, though all collagen supplements do that too, this also contains specific synthetic ingredients that target tendons and ligaments copper and maganese which does contribute to the normal maintenance of connective tissue.However If I have a vitamin with copper and magnesium, and just take a normal collagen it will have the same effect together as this. I took a star off because much like its other variation of joints and bones at 18 quid it's not really a value for money product, it's so small.
