A must have for me.
I have been taking these for 4 months and I feel a difference. I was informed that i was having severe mood swings. I was completely unaware of and I thought I would try these and see if they help. Wow, they do! On days I forget to take them someone in my family will ask why I am so mad. Again I didn't know I was mad. So I think back and, yep, I forgot to take my pill. For me this is worth everything. I don't like the mood swings or anger. These help me stabilize. Can not be without them.

Worth the investment
Wanted to wait before I gave a honest review. I’m 49 & perimenopause. I will be honest I have not felt all the benefits yet from taking. I have noticed a change in my sleep, night sweats and brain fog! I have this on subscribe. I do recommend this product.

Und schlafen kann ich auch endlich wieder und fühle mich morgens wesentlich erholter. Love these supplements to reduce some of my menopause symptoms. I've been taking them for 12months & definitely notice a difference when I run out. They lift/soothe/reduce some of my symptoms such as dry itchy skin, low energy, body aches, brain fog. I've recommend them to my friends.
