Midori TRAVELERS Notebook // Black

Not my first Midori Travelers note book I have 4 other colours and even though I'm not really a collector of anything else I love this style of leather notebook. I'm hoping to use the black especially for more formal meetings. I'm a great journaller and really love the feel and way this notebook is made. Very simple and functional while being aesthetically pleasing. Of course its not cheap and there are other versions but this is my notebook of choice hardly a guilty secret since I carry it or one of them every day and feel no guilt about my purchase. I don't live near anywhere that sells them and Amazon is a good option for me. The postage was free and it arrived earlier than the expected date. That and knowing that if there were any problems I could return it makes it the best option for me.

I really love this, bought from Amazon fulfilled, arrived fast,, and it is beautiful. Yes value wise it is a starter item and the using of it will be making it more personal and even more beautiful, but the folder is beautiful(and I had no horrible smell etc) and the insert really nice quality and seems bigger than I expected. All in all there are three bands and I love the little message from midori, I am already really enjoying using this, and it starts out like a friend and you know will be only more of one :-) It's a bit expensive for what it is but worth it.

This is the first Traveler’s notebook that I buy and I’m sure it won’t be the only one. The notebook is absolutely stunning, the leather looks and smell amazingly, the regular size is very comfortable to hold and use and the paper is nice quality as well. 10/10 would reccomend.

I use my Midori as a garden journal, scrapbooking photos of my garden and recording what happens through the seasons. The inserts are just perfect for this, lovely smooth paper for writing on and easy to interchange when one is completed. The leather cover is beautiful and the journal is just the right size for popping in your bag when you need to take it anywhere. Really pleased with my purchase.

Bought this from Export Japan 2015 and it's everything I could have wished for. No chemical smell, just the soft smell of new leather and the leather itself is pliable, smooth on the outside and feels so good in the hand I don't want to put it down! I loosened the horizontal elastic as it was very tight, and retied it with a weaver's knot, which was suggested by someone on Fountain Pen Network and which is a much smaller knot than the one it comes with. OMG! I should have had one of these a long time ago. I love my midori. Its so well made and easy to use. I have two or three inserts in mine and it copes well. I had to look up on you tube for isntructions on how to join the booklets together. Its so easy to use. Well worth the investment!
