Very useful little gadget
I got so fed up of losing where I was in a pattern before I bought this. Easy just to remember to turn dial once you've finished a row and lock it off. It will fit on your average knitting needle but I found that more awkward. It does a good job though in holding stitches secure when you're putting knitting down. Has a loop so you could put a ribbon etc through it and have it round your neck. I just have mine on my knee. Bright enough to easily see where it is in your bag.

Clover knitting counter
Great bit of kit. Easy to operate. The numbers turn easily. The lock works.Bit more expensive than some others. Having experience of cheaper ones, these ones are worth the extra. For the cost, I would have liked to see a nice neat lanyard loop on it.

A must have for any knitter
I don't know why I took so long to invest in one of these counters. Actually I do, I was being frugal and was also put off some of the other brands due to the negative reviews.Anyway, I love this counter - especially the lock function. The counter is practical, reasonably sturdy, brightly-coloured which is great when you're looking for it in your kit. This counter is lightweight, small, fits nicely in one hand, and the switches especially the top button seemed to be designed for easy use with one hand. For years I've used the tally method to keep track of rows and rounds, and now I'm saving so much time with this counter, particularly during "TV knitting".I'm glad it's not a digital counter. It doesn't require any power sources, or fussing around. The numbers are clear to read, the clicks are not annoyingly loud, and it is well-made.I should have bought one sooner, and I would recommend this to any knitter.

Great item
I brought this to count lengths in the swimming pool, I attended a piece of elastic to it and had to around my wrist.Easy to use and reset and worked well. Not what it was designed for but did the job for my charity swim

Work well but cord is missing
It works as expected, numbers are clear and easy to counting. As other people commented, it is not easy to reset (no button, one has to rotate all down the numbers), it seems robust too and size is good. Yet, it comes without cord, so pictures are misleading and without cord I don't think it worth the money.

Counter
Such a handy and sturdy counter that I cannot lose like others.

Clear and accurate
I find this the best row counter. It is mechanical and bright enough to jog my memory to use it

Perfect
Perfect for keeping check of my rows when knitting pattern , so easy to use although it would be useful to have either a reset button or some way to click row back iif needed , small issue but wouldn't stop me from recommending
