ISO 9001:2015 in Plain English

This book gives clear and concise explanation of ISO 9001:2015, its clauses interpretation and its implementation in simple and yet clever way. Very useful for learning and reference. I would recommend to anyone involved in Quality Management Systems or management systems in general.

This is an excellent book. I have been on 2 auditing courses with 1 focusing on the 2015 transition. This book helped explain all the gaps in the training, which at times left me baffled as to how I can effectively implement the new standard. As the book says, it explains this in plain English an offers a thorough and implicit understanding of the new Standard.
