Absolutely brilliant, really well made and strong. Feels good quality and the perfect size for cats. I like that it has the top opening too as whilst travelling I was able to pop a few treats in to calm my cat. Nice and easy to fold up when not in use too so no tripping over it constantly.

I have a small cat and she is fine in this. Seems like a good fit!and a let’s say medium 3 legged cat (she’s a bit chonky) and she hates this carrier, it’s cramped for her and is not very sturdy as she is bigger so when I lift her one up I feel her hit the sides and it sways!Recommended for small small dogs and kittens but would recommend a bigger one for travelling etc!

Great little carrier but be mindful it is for small animals so check dimensions, as not really good for large cats

I bought the small one when my chi puppy was 9 weeks old now he is nearly 17 weeks old and even though he wont get much bigger he did seem a little snug in the small version. I bought this so now he can stand and walk back and forth with ease when we go out. On a negative note a metal rod which is used to stop the case from being floppy and to protect your dog came out and cut my wrist whilst we were out so that was a shock I was relieved that it wasn't my dog that was injured. I web chatted with customer service for a replacement which to their credit they did but then they informed me they wanted the broken one back and when I had to go into hospital i came back to an email and "or else" why they want a broken product back is beyond my logic after all i am the customer who was wounded using their product.

I bought the Large bag which is meant for pets up to 10kg.From the beginning, I knew it was extremely cheaply made because the shoulder strap and buckle were so flimsy that the buckle would slip and I could not use the shoulder strap as the bag would plummet when I was carrying her and scare her and also, the bag would then be banging on my legs when I walked. At that point she weighed 5.8kg, well under the 10kg limit.But because i am small I could use the normal handles over my shoulder which, although not suitable for carrying distances, and I HAD specifically wanted a cross-body strap to make it easier to walk to the shops, I kept it because it is so lightweight which matters to me as I am small. So I only used it a few times because I can't carry her for any distance with it just over my shoulder as opposed to weight distributed over my whole torso. We just used it when driving somewhere and popping into a shop as opposed to walking to shops.Yesterday, probably the 6th time we've used it, I unzipped the end section and saw there the wire that provides the structure to the top of the bag had come right through the fabric and was poking out about an inch. That could easily take an eye out or because she's a chewer, had I not seen it first, no doubt she would have been chomping on it. She now weighs 7kg so still well under the 10kg limit for the large bag.So apart from the shoulder strap being completely useless, this is so cheaply made to be dangerous.Unfortunately I am a few days past the return period but this product is NOT AS DESCRIBED, DANGEROUS AND FAULTY.

Originally bought the small carrier. Needed it to travel a 16 week old, 3kilo bichon frise puppy in cabin, flying from Amsterdam to Copenhagen. We ordered the small as it fit with the travel size guidelines for pet carriers in cabins on the SAS airline website. However when it arrived we knew it was too small. Puppy could not stand nor turn around in the carrier. I returned it to Amazon (free of charge no issues) and reordered the medium, which still fits in SAS cabin guidelines for height and width, but measures 2cm longer than they allow. I worried this would affect our flight, however puppy fit very comfortably in the carrier, she can stand, turn around, but spends most of her time laying down sleeping! It opens at the end, but also has a hatch at the top, so she could poke her head out and look around if she liked, and the inside has a security clip which fastened to her collar, preventing her from jumping out or being snatched. At the airport the 2 cm caused us no issues. She checked in, passed security and flew happily and quietly in the plane cabin with zero problem. Very happy with the product.
