EDITOriginally I had given this product a poor review, however, I did an experiment using these drops against using castor sugar for secondary fermentation. The results were pretty obvious, the beer with the drops was much cleaner, had a better body, and kept the head longer than the beer using sugar.My only gripe is that these are designed for 375ml bottles; in the UK & Ireland our standard bottle size is 330ml, so my fear is over carbonating my beer! What I would usually do is cut a wee bit off the end of a drop with a knife to try to prevent over carbonation. I have yet to see what effect putting a full drop in a 330ml bottle of beer would be like. Hopefully I am wrong that I don't think it will have good results.

Got these guys in post, I have used them before and I cannot fault them. A lot easier that putting sugar in a bottle and seem to give a nice fizz when I open a bottle of my brew up. I will say that I am looking at putting 1.5 tablets into each 500ml bottle, just to add some more bubbles.

Easy to use just 1 or 2 drops per 330 or 500mlPack States 1 for 375ml or 2 for 750ml but works great for 1 in 330 and 2 for 500ml bottles so no need to splitBit pricey but good product

Instructions said use 2 for 750ml bottles. My other drops were smaller and said 2 for 500ml bottles. I hope this works okay.

I bought a bigger pack so I would have enough for my beer, but there were 8 pieses less then in the description so I had to use normal sugar instead. Nothing major, its just nice to get everything that you paid for.

One tablet per 500ml bottle did the trick for German pils
