Had this cable for a couple of years now. Strong connection for file transfer, and supports ultra fast charging on my phone. Cable is well built and sturdy, and the lead is flexible enough for used in tight spaces. Fits all of my USB-C devices well.

I bought this to use in the car with Android Auto. So the cable was to charge a phone and transfer real-time date to and from the smatphone - music, map route information and hands free phone calls. As a braided cable it was strong and flexible and fitted well in the car. It worked well and Android Auto loaded automatically each and every time. It just handled a 90 minute journey from Kent into N London without problems.But then using it for local journeys that same day I got error messages on the the in car system , music failed and Android Auto wasnt recognised. I reset the phone, I reset the in car system but nothing worked. I changed the cable to a Samsung wire, which luckily I was carrying as a charging wire. I plugged this into the car and service was resumed as if nothing had happened.I contacted Anker, assuming that 9 months use would not result in a replacement; but it did. Anker handled my issue very well and even let me keep the original wire as it still charges the phone independent of the car. So well done Anker.I am yet to replace the Samsung cable with the new Anker wire in the car. My expectations are that when I use it, it will work and be reliable. I am hopeful. Anker did point out that the replacement wire had a new guarantee so at least I'm covered for a while.So 3* for product reliability, I had a journey dependency, but 5* for customer service.Update 12/6/23. New Anker wire installed and it works immediately. So it works on day 1 and I'm looking forward to a longer period of sustained reliability.

Excellent.Recently updated my iPhone and wanted a lead that would allow me to connect it to an iMac to transfer music and, of course, charge.Having had Anker products before I was pretty confident in this lead doing the job and that it would be quality. I was right.Really heavy duty braided outer and confident it will last me. iPhone recognised no problem and works fine with my current USB-A chargers as well.They say you get what you pay for and this cable proves it.Cannot fault - perfect.

I just needed a USB 3.0 for the speed . These cables are pricy but it's high quality and probably should've broken the way I treat it. It'll last forever
