Bought this for sleeping at home, as my eyes get very dry and irritated. Has definitely helped. Nice fabric and simple design. The cooling gel pack is a good addition and can just be popped in the fridge for an hour or 2 before bed. Only downside is that the elastic head band things did stretch quite quickly and became loose around my head; easily rectified by tying a knot in the band though.

It arrived quickly, the packaging was very good. However, the original price point of £30 is absurd! The gel pack although very useful, has a tendency to fall out of the eye mask very easily. The ear plugs are very cheap and the kind that you get for free from airlines, and are very difficult to clean. I believe they are intended for use once or twice, not repeatedly.On the plus side, the travel bag that comes with it is very useful and helps keep it clean. Also helps avoid losing it. The eye mask itself is made out of a good material that is comfortable whilst asleep. In terms of helping dry eye conditions, I do suffer from Dry Eye Disease and Lagophthalmos, and this product has definitely helped with those conditions. I have found a significant reduction in the severity of my symptoms after using this product. The cooling effect of the gel has alleviated the very dry and course feeling in my eyes that I used to suffer from when I woke up.Overall, I would say that this product is very helpful for those who suffer from eye conditions, the gel pack is a significant plus point. However, the ear plugs are very cheap, thus I have given it a 3* rating. Would recommend to others if it was cheaper.

After suffering for weeks with really watery eyes and sore skin I stumbled across this eyemask and decided to give it a go. I have to say it's the best tenner I've spent in a while!It's very simple to heat the insert. Just putting it into hot water for a few minutes is more than enough. Infact be careful as it can be a little too hot!! I have e read one review where they said they couldn't get it to heat up and on reflection the only reason I can think of is that they are wearing the mask the wrong way around.It's very comfy to wear and comes with a little bag to keep everything together.After using it twice today I have been able to watch a movie without wiping my eyes once. I have to tell you this is amazing!! I plan to use this every day now. Excellent product!

To be honest , I have only used it once so it is too early to know how effective it is. I also bought one for my girlfriend who has numerous ocular issues. Again she hasn't had time to fully test it but likes the product. It does seem versatile as it can be used hot and cold though I need to buy a thermometer to test the water temperature. Overall the eye mask was reasonably priced, delivered promptly as has the potential to improve the qualityof my partner's and my own vision.

Good eye mask with easy to heat gel pad insertion.Only problem I found is the elastic is just a little too snug when placed on head which made wearing the mask a little uncomfortable after a while. It would be nice to have an adjustable strap/elastic to resolve this issue.The earplugs are a bonus and the pouch ensures everything can be kept together and clean when not in use.For those who suffer with problem eyes try this product.

I have only very recently received this having used one heated in a microwave before. That I found was OK but I do like this one so far, it sits more comfortably across my eyes with the elasticated strap to help it stay in place. These sort of eye masks do work and help a great deal with my problem known as MGD - blocked glands along the rim of the lids. It arrived very quickly

This was bought for my son who had sleep apnea - though he couldnt use it under his mask as the suction was breaking the seal he found using it in the morning after wakening - putting the warmed gel mask on was a great help to his eyes as they get very dry and can be swollen sometimes - the mask has helped great with this problem - so I thank the company for their product and its help to my son

You'd be gutted if you paid the full £29 for this! It's basic but it does do the job and compared to other people I do get full coverage from the gel and complete blackout. But I have to press the gel down against my eyes to feel the full impact. More annoyingly than that one of the black straps snapped after only 3 weeks! I only have a small head and wasn't using excessive force so it's incredibly annoying. If you're looking to use it as a cool pack then buy something else, and if you're looking for a hot pack - actually a flannel or muslin cloth run under hot water does a better job.
