These are excellent for making the most of a packing clothes in small airline carry on case. I even use them now for my for checked bags they help keep everything fresh, clean and dry in transit. Especially helpful in the event your case gets wet - I've had my lightweight luggage caught in a downpour whist sat out on a baggage cart waiting to be loaded into the plane and avoided starting my holiday with a case full of soggy clothes. They keep everything flattened down and compact, the are easy to seal and roll up with no vaccum cleaner needed at the other end when you pack to come home! They don't leak and reinflate if used property and these seem to be the best quality out of the ones I've tried. They've survived several trips reused again and again.

These bags are good. I'd certainly buy them again. This time though, I'd check the size a bit better as I could probably have done with slightly bigger bags. Still, these bags held pillows and single duvets with no fuss. My mum who couldn't get down on the ground easily to push the air out of these wasn't too impressed so for her, I think the vacuum packed ones are still better. But while I'm fit and able, this works fine. I'd say, if you definitely want every last hint of air out then go for the vacuum ones and be assured that you can still squeeze the air out with your weight and a bit of cleverly placed squishing if you work at it. Still, pretty pleased wit these bags. They do exactly as promised and helped me get bedding for 3 kids and 3 adults to fit in our overstuffed car. Result!

The bags and seals have a substance and sturdiness which gives confidence that they're not going to easily rip or puncture and the easy roll of these travel bags is brilliant! Easy to use, they make sorting, packing and storing clothing a breeze. Despite their robustness they are incredibly lightweight so they won't add to your previous flight weight limit - but be warned - they condense clothing so well that you can fit in more, which will impact on your weight limit. One additional benefit I discovered during a recent trip is that they are also a brilliant way of separating worn from clean clothing. This kept my unworn clothing smelling fresh and made unpacking for the inevitable post trip laundry a quick job too! First time I have tried this type of vacuum bags and am very impressed with the strength of bag as well as capacity however I did find them very difficult to roll. I do only have small hands but really had to put all my weight on them to remove air. Otherwise great bags and good sizes

Why I haven't purchased these sooner I do not know. I managed to pack quite a bit mor due to these beauties due to hand luggage limit. Love the fact no hoover is required so very versatile when away in the hotel unless you wish to opt for ones you need a hoover and try to play charades to a room service member who thinks you are a loon acting out a wierd hoover ritual. I was mindful of reviews so used 2 and kept 2 spare just in case they split but they held out. Another family member purchased and they split but I think you need to be very strategic on how you pack (don't overfill and try and fold the items into large squares to try and evenly distribute the bulk) Will buy more to use for storage in general
