This solved my problem: not enough room under shower and not enough slope to the soil pipe for a full size trap. I needed a rubber gasket twice as thick as the one supplied and had to make one up using the gasket supplied, another rubber gasket and silicone. That is because, although the unit is shallow, it bulges upwards towards the compression fitting and that prevented me seating the unit using the supplied gasket only. The flow rate is good and the waterless valve design is effective.

Just what we needed for our shower and it works a treat. Easy to install. Need to clean the trap every 3 or so weeks. Not a problem at all - really easy.

Good flow rate , fits in tight space brilliantly . However chrome dome keeps popping off if touched ( even with water flow ) Not noticed this problem on any other reviews so beginning to think ours is faulty !

Very easy to instal and very low profile, ideal for under the shower where there is little room to fit. Needs cleaning once every few weeks, which isn’t an issue
