MyproteinCreatine Monohydrate - 500G

Not really one for writing reviews but felt compelled to after taking this stuff. Fist of all, i'd been sceptical after hearing reports about it's now debunked link to hair loss in men. I didn't do the loading as often recommended to start with. Just 5 grams a day in my smoothie or herbal tea. Dissolves easily leaving no residue and very neutral taste-wise. I felt it within the first 30mins of taking it in all of the muscles that I'd focused on in my most recent workout. Been on it 10 days and I've noticed:Increased strength profileFeeling more satiated in general for longer, especially as an 'alkaline vegan' lifestylerVisible muscle growthMore in the tank than usual (including in the sack!)Better recovery efficiencyI've only trained twice in this period and not hard as i'm currently nursing an injury. It's pretty awesome stuff. I'm very impressed.Found the bad seal a bit insipid but it does reseal with a bit of pressure.

So, I bought this MyProtein Creatine Monohydrate Powder, and let me tell you, it's like someone switched the "on" button for my muscles. I started using it, and suddenly, lifting my weights felt like lifting... well, not a feather, but definitely less of a brick.The powder is unflavoured, which is perfect because who wants their post-workout shake tasting like a chemistry experiment? It mixes in smoothly, which is great because the last thing I need after a tough workout is to be wrestling with lumps in my drink.Honestly, I’ve noticed a difference—I'm lifting heavier, pushing harder, and my muscles feel like they've been on a proper power-up spree. If you want to go from “I can’t” to “I’m smashing it” in the gym, this is the stuff. It’s like turning yourself into a superhero... without the cape (though I might add one for dramatic effect).Highly recommend if you want to make those dumbbells feel like they’re made of air. Just don’t expect to actually fly.

Unflavored mixes well with most any liquid. You can still taste the powdery-ness of it, which is normal for creatine to have a sort of...flavor. Mostly it absorbs the fullness of whatever liquid you add it to, so in juice the juice just tastes less strong. This creatine specifically is the only one so far I've had that dissolves nearly 100%. Some bits are still left at the bottom but far less than other brands I've used.

The best creatine powder! Doesn’t lump up in the packet like other brands I’ve used and mixes very easily - doesn’t settle back to the bottom like others either! I use unflavoured and put it squash, shakes, porridge and even just with water because it literally tastes of notning.

Dissolves easy , enjoy in coffee, recommend 👍

Theres not much to say, it is what it is, no flavour or taste, but a bit grainy, but I am very disappointed by my proteins poor packaging.
