the vendor was very helpful and I carried out all the instructions. However, they would not work in my Panasonic shaver.The old batteries actually worked better but still not good. landed up binning the lot and buying a new (identical) shaver.

Arrived when expected, well packaged. There are questions and answers with this product. How do you take your Panasonic ES7101 apart? Perhaps also for other shavers, but certainly with this one, there is an exploded diagram within the manual, showing how simple it is to dismantle the shaver to get at the batteries. Prise the housings/casings apart gently to protect the clips, which are quite forgiving. When unscrewing one of the casings, note that 2 of the screws are longer than the other two. How to get the batteries out? Simply prise them up with a flat bladed small knife, twisting the blade if necessary. CAUTION - at the end of the longer spike there sits a tiny rubber grommet and metal washer COULD EASILY BE MISSED during removal of the old batteries. TAKE NOTE of where they live - I needed a magnifying glass to see that clearly. You will need these again. How to put the new batteries in to the shaver? Take care - long spike first - place the small washer and then grommet on the long spike. Gently insert the long spike where you have noted it should go and nudge it down to where there is a hole in the moulding to accommodate the spike. You will feel it slip in to place. The other end of the battery is a simple push fit. The case goes together easily, save that, with the black side casings, one edge of each fits better first. Hope this helps.

My Panasonic electric shaver is excellent, but was suffering from very poor battery life, only lasting two shaves before requiring a re-charge. These replacement batteries were easy to fit (plenty of videos on YouTube to show how) and with a little care could be fitted by anyone. The shaver now lasts a complete week before requiring charging and is as good as new.

Money saving set which made my ten year old Panasonic work like new as I also changed the blades. Recommended.
